Black rice vinegar can be used with stir-fry as well as with simmer dishes.In combination with some soy sauce in the dish, the taste sour, sweet and salt is balanced.As a dipping sauce, black vinegar gives an intense taste to the dish.To make dipping sauce add brown sugar and finely chopped garlic.
